367bd Platform Rules & User Agreement

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 367bd website at 367bd.io and all associated services, tools, games, betting markets, and account features made available to registered users.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon completing the 367bd registration process.
• "User" / "Player" means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, whether registered or not.
• "Funds" means any real-money balance held within a User's 367bd Account, including deposits, winnings, and credited bonuses.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or bonus amount credited to a User's Account that is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked in eligible games or markets before it converts to withdrawable cash.
• "Know Your Customer" / "KYC" means the identity and age verification process that 367bd may require Users to complete before processing withdrawals or at any point during the account lifecycle.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time" / "BST" means UTC+6, the official time zone used by 367bd for all operational and support purposes.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 367bd Platform, clicking any "I Agree" or "Register" button, or by otherwise using any service offered by 367bd, you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, together with any supplementary policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms supersede all previous versions and take effect from the Effective Date stated in the hero section of this page. 367bd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 16 (Amendments) below.

3 Eligibility

Use of the 367bd Platform is permitted only to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting as a private individual in your own name and not on behalf of any commercial enterprise or third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or agent of 367bd, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been excluded, banned, or self-excluded from the 367bd Platform or any associated service.

4 Account Registration

To access real-money betting and casino services on 367bd, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and preferred payment method.

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the 367bd Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details, constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 367bd will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

5 Deposits & Payments

367bd accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfer services including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for mobile wallet methods (bKash and Nagad) and ৳500 for card and bank transfer methods.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 367bd reserves the right to reverse deposits and suspend accounts where third-party funding is detected. 367bd does not charge platform-level fees on standard deposits; however, your mobile wallet or bank provider may impose their own transaction charges.

Deposits are credited to your 367bd Account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. Under normal network conditions, bKash and Nagad deposits typically credit within 30 seconds. In the event of technical delays, please contact 367bd support via live chat with your transaction reference number.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay)
• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (Visa / Mastercard / bank transfer)
• Maximum single deposit: Subject to your account tier and KYC status
• Daily deposit limit: Configurable by the User via account settings (Responsible Gaming feature)
• Currency: All balances are held and displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳)

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that has been previously used for a deposit on your account, unless 367bd support approves an alternative method following satisfactory KYC verification. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and protect Users from fraud.

Standard withdrawal requests submitted via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket are processed within one to three hours of approval during normal operating hours (24/7, BST). Withdrawal requests submitted during peak periods or requiring additional verification may take up to 24 hours. 367bd does not charge a platform-level fee on standard withdrawals; however, mobile wallet provider fees may apply.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum single withdrawal: Subject to your account tier and KYC status
• Withdrawals to the original deposit method are mandatory where technically possible
• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements are met in full
• Pending withdrawals may be cancelled by the User before processing via the account dashboard

7 Bonuses & Promotions

367bd offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the respective promotion page at the time of opt-in.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 367bd promotions unless otherwise stated include:

• Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period; unused Bonus Funds expire at the end of this period.
• Bonuses are limited to one per household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bets placed at odds below the minimum qualifying odds stated in the promotion do not contribute to wagering requirements.
• 367bd reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer, change its terms, or disqualify Users from receiving bonuses at its sole discretion.
• Misuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play, is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

8 Betting Rules

All bets placed on 367bd are governed by the specific sport or game rules applicable at the time of the event, together with these general betting terms. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

367bd reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on a market that was offered in error, at incorrect odds, or in circumstances where there is clear evidence of a technical malfunction. In such cases, the staked amount will be refunded to the User's account. 367bd will not honour bets placed on obvious pricing errors regardless of whether they have been settled.

Live (in-play) betting is subject to delay due to internet latency. 367bd reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were already settled at the time the bet was received due to data feed delays. Users agree that the result recorded by 367bd's official data provider is final for all settlement purposes.

• Minimum bet: ৳10 (subject to individual market minimums)
• Maximum bet: Subject to market limits displayed at time of placement
• All bets are final once confirmed; cancellations after confirmation are not permitted except at 367bd's discretion
• Cricket bets follow official ICC and BCB match results unless stated otherwise on the market
• If an event is abandoned or postponed beyond the stated settlement window, all bets will be voided and stakes returned

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 367bd Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technology that manipulates the betting process
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or sports markets
• Match-fixing, insider trading, or placing bets based on information not in the public domain
• Exploiting software glitches, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities in a deliberate or systematic manner
• Using the Platform to launder money, facilitate illegal transactions, or transfer funds to or from prohibited parties
• Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another person
• Attempting to access other Users' accounts or platform systems without authorisation
• Any conduct that disrupts, harms, or compromises the integrity of the 367bd Platform or its user community

10 Account Suspension & Closure

367bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or involvement in prohibited activities
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a User's payment provider
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months (dormant account policy)
• At the request of the User (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure)

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the User's verified payment method following satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC or security checks. Funds associated with accounts closed due to policy violations may be withheld pending investigation.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the 367bd Platform, including but not limited to the 367bd brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and data, is the exclusive property of 367bd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 367bd.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 367bd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

367bd does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

367bd's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14 Privacy & Data Protection

367bd collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data subject to applicable legal obligations.

367bd uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit. Personal data is stored on secure servers and is not sold to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and fraud prevention services as necessary to operate the Platform safely and legally.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 367bd's internal complaint procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body.

Prior to initiating any formal dispute, Users are required to submit a written complaint to 367bd support at [email protected]. 367bd will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved to the User's satisfaction through this process, the User may escalate the matter through appropriate legal channels.

16 Amendments to These Terms

367bd reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect User rights or obligations — 367bd will provide advance notice via email to the address registered on the User's account or via a prominent platform notification.

Your continued use of the 367bd Platform following publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10 above.
